Windsor Court Properties LLC is a private real estate investment company. We buy homes for our own account, from owners selling on their own and from owners whose homes are listed with an agent. When a home is listed, we work with the seller’s agent.
We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not represent you. We are not your agent, broker, attorney, accountant, or financial adviser.
If your home is listed, your listing agent represents you under your own agreement, and nothing here changes that. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Before you sign anything, talk to your own professionals.
Offers and estimates
Any price, figure, or estimate we share, on this site or in an email, text, or letter, is an expression of interest based on the information available to us at that moment. It is not an appraisal and it is not a formal valuation.
No offer is binding on either of us until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Figures are subject to inspection, title review, and verification of the property details we relied on. If the information we were given turns out to be wrong, the number changes.
Information you give us
Give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us about a property when we prepare an offer, and an offer built on wrong information is worth nothing to either of us.
By submitting the form on this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to discuss the property you listed, and that you agree to be contacted about it by phone or email.
Communications
SMS program description: Windsor Court Properties LLC operates a text messaging program that sends transactional and marketing messages about the property you asked us about, including our purchase offer, follow-up questions, and appointment or closing updates. Messages are sent only to people who opted in on our website form. When you give us your contact information you agree that we may contact you about the property by phone or email. We send text messages only if you checked the box on our form asking for them. You can stop emails at any time with the unsubscribe link, and text messages at any time by replying STOP.
