We also use publicly available property information as part of researching a property: public records, tax assessor data, and real estate listing data. If your home is listed, we may also receive information about it from the listing and from your agent. We use it to evaluate a property and prepare an offer.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. This site carries no advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts. The typefaces and images on it are served from our own domain.

Text messages

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
How to stop

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Records tied to a completed real estate transaction are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will honor it unless we are legally required to keep it.
